"Fast Lane Speed Training has completely changed me as an athlete, from working with Gino at a young age to improve my athletic movements to now in my 20's we are able to focus more on smaller and specific movements to elevate my game. Gino has been amazing at tailoring the programs and workouts to what I need and want out of each session as well as if I am in the off season or the preseason. We mostly focus on my first 3 step quickness and hip mobility. I can feel a significant difference in my quickness. When I am home and have the ability to train with Gino , it is one of my off season and preseason staples. Gino and Fast Lane Speed Training has been an astronomical part of my ability to compete at the level that I do and the success that I have had as an athlete."
