Testimonials

"Fast Lane Speed Training has completely changed me as an athlete, from working with Gino at a young age to improve my athletic movements to now in my 20's we are able to focus more on smaller and specific movements to elevate my game. Gino has been amazing at tailoring the programs and workouts to what I need and want out of each session as well as if I am in the off season or the preseason.  We mostly focus on my first 3 step quickness and hip mobility.  I can feel a significant difference in my quickness.  When I am home and have the ability to train with Gino , it is one of my off season and preseason staples.  Gino and Fast Lane Speed Training has been an astronomical part of my ability to compete at the level that I do and the success that I have had as an athlete."

"The program helped me in many different ways. The program helped me to become a more well rounded player in the fact that I took the time to improve my footwork, speed and agility.  The biggest thing I took away from the program is the knowledge of how to get faster and the fundamentals it takes to increase speed and strength.  They are tools  that I can now use on my own and continue to work on them as I continue my athletic career."

" The Fast Lane Speed Training program has really helped me bring my 5/10/5 pro agility time down to a 4.17 and my 40 yard time down to a 4.52. As a High School Senior these times have helped me tremendously in getting collegiate football offers for next fall. I will continue to work with Gino as I continue my football career as I have benefited so much in his expertise in teaching speed fundamentals."

" Fast Lane Speed Training have developed my speed/endurance to help me in my field hockey.  Along with the speed , being in the weight room with Gino have made me noticeably stronger and overall a better athlete. I got many things out of Fast Lane Speed Training.  There are a few that stood out to me and coaches.  Quicker first step to be first to the ball.  More comfortable in changing direction quickly and effectively. Developing strength to make me stronger on the ball. Lastly, it have taught me a ton of work ethic and dedicating myself to something to see results."

"Fast Lane Speed Training taught me the skills that I needed to set me apart athletically.  As a Junior in high school, I learned Olympic Lifts and began focusing on technical skills.  Fast Lane Speed Training took me past just raw talent and helped me get stronger.  The extra steps taken with this program allowed me to develop tools to run faster and jump higher.  These skills made me stand out in the college recruiting process and results were seen in my athletic performance.  Today, I compete at the Division I level in track and field, and I am continuously using the knowledge I gained at Fast Lane Speed Training throughout my athletic career."
